Our Story
Event Flow Co began as Chique Experience, a boutique event brand founded with a passion for creating beautiful, meaningful gatherings. In 2021, Chique Experience was featured in Voyage ATL, recognizing its thoughtful approach to event design and planning.
As our work evolved, so did our vision. Event Flow Co emerged as a refined expression of that foundation — rooted in strategic planning, intentional design, and calm, organized execution. Today, our focus extends beyond traditional celebrations to include experiential events, pop-ups, community gatherings, and creative installations that bring people together and support local businesses.

Stephanie Tamayo is the founder and creative director of Event Flow Co. With a passion for thoughtful design, planning, and meaningful experiences, Stephanie brings a calm, organized presence to every event she leads.
Having planned events professionally and experienced the planning process personally, she understands how meaningful — and complex — celebrations can be.
Her approach blends creativity with structure — pairing visual storytelling with detailed logistics to ensure each celebration feels effortless and authentic. At the heart of her work is a commitment to connection, inclusivity, and community impact, guiding clients through the planning process with clarity, warmth, and confidence.
