I’m Stephanie Tamayo, founder of Event Flow Co. I created this company to make event planning feel more calm, clear, and collaborative.
I love helping people shape meaningful event experiences while giving them a simple way to keep track of the details. From timelines and shared resources to vendor communication and day-of coordination, I believe organization should make the planning process feel easier—not more complicated.
As a Kenyan woman based in Yuma, Arizona, I care deeply about honoring culture, family, identity, and the traditions that make each celebration unique. I am passionate about creating inclusive experiences that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and true to the people being celebrated.
